🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the digital marketing content calendar
• Coordinate tasks between designers, video editors, and marketing team
• Write engaging scripts, captions, and short-form content
• Lead social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, campaigns)
• Research trends, audio, and competitor strategies
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Monitor performance and optimize content strategy based on data

🧠 Candidate Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in content creation / coordination
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging storytelling content
• Confident to present or appear in videos (optional but valuable)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Social media algorithms
  • Audience engagement strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools:
  • ChatGPT
  • Midjourney
  • Jasper (or similar tools)
• Organized, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
