Qualifications & Experience

Technical Officer

• NVQ Level 4 (Civil) or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of total work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar construction projects.

Material Technician

• NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Materials Testing or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of construction material testing procedures.

Draughtsman

• NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification in Drafting or CAD.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing engineering drawings.
• Experience using CAD software for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties relevant to the assigned position.
• Support road construction and infrastructure development projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workplace safety.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain required technical documentation and reports.
• Follow company procedures and industry best practices.
