Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide primary medical care, support occupational health and safety initiatives, and promote employee wellbeing within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Nursing or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a factory, industrial, or occupational health setting.
• Ability to provide first aid, emergency care, and employee health support.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, caring, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care and first aid to employees.
• Support occupational health and workplace safety activities.
• Maintain medical records and incident reports accurately.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee health concerns.
