Cassims is looking for an experienced professional to develop its growing colour technology and measurement solutions business in Sri Lanka.

Their systems range from measurement devices for fabric testing and quality control to advanced manufacturing systems for textile substrates, including those for processing yarns, knits, wovens, narrow fabrics, dyeing, printing, finishing and automation controls.
Qualifications & Experience
Colour Technology & Business Development Executive
- Experience in textile, dyeing, colour or a related field
- A good understanding of colour and its practical applications
- A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage
- Suitable backgrounds include Colour Technologist, Textile Technologist, Dyeing Technologist, Colour Management Specialist and Textile R&D / Technical Specialist
Sales & Service Coordinators
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a company is required; experience in Sales & Marketing would be a distinct advantage
- Age below 35 years
Key Responsibilities
Colour Technology & Business Development Executive
- Develop new business opportunities and customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Manage opportunities from enquiry to order
- Support customers with technical and application requirements
Sales & Service Coordinators
- Office-based role that may require visits to customers for business discussions
- Prepare proposals and communicate with customers via email and phone in English
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- An interest in technology and business development
- Fluency in Sinhala (Sales & Service Coordinators)
- Ability to prepare proposals and communicate via email and phone in English
