📝 Job Description
Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited is looking for a Motor Claims Executive to handle non-litigated third-party motor claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure full compliance with legal and company standards. The selected candidate will manage the entire claims lifecycle while safeguarding company interests and maintaining service excellence.
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of motor insurance claims procedures and legal practices.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle motor claims from initiation to settlement, including out-of-court negotiations
- Prepare claims assessments for review, approval, and risk analysis
- Maintain accurate claims records and system documentation to minimize errors and delays
- Safeguard company interests and represent the company when required
- Ensure adherence to internal service standards and company policies
- Prepare and provide statistical analysis and feedback reports
- Assist in other claims management tasks assigned by the supervisor
🎓 Qualifications / What You Bring
- Pass in G.C.E. (A/L)
- Good knowledge of motor claims procedures and legal practices
- Minimum 01 year of experience in motor claims or a similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Sinhala and English
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
- High attention to detail and technical accuracy
