Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT field
• At least 5 years of experience in the NBFI (Non-Banking Financial Institution) sector
• Exposure to senior managerial roles in IT operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Experience with core banking systems (e.g., ScienTec or similar) will be an added advantage
• Professional IT certifications will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth operation of core banking and IT systems
• Manage computer networks, servers, and database systems across the organization
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory adherence of IT systems
• Lead IT infrastructure planning, budgeting, and implementation
• Supervise hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance
• Train staff on IT systems and ensure effective system usage
• Monitor system performance and generate analytical reports for management
• Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with senior management and align IT strategy with business goals
