Job Description
420° Crunch Eatery + Bar is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry & Bakery Commis II to join its culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods and pastries while maintaining strict kitchen standards.
Job Responsibilities

Production: Measure and mix ingredients accurately for the production of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Support: Assist senior pastry chefs in daily baking operations and help with plating and presentation when required.

Standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.

Storage: Ensure proper storage and labeling of all ingredients and finished products.

Inventory: Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of any shortages.
Requirements (The Person)

Education: A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or Bakery is preferred.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.

Skills: Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Execution: Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately with strong attention to detail.

Availability: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Traits: Team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
