Key Responsibilities

• Oversee category P&L management to ensure sustainable financial performance and profitability.
• Drive market share growth by implementing effective category and brand strategies.
• Lead and accelerate innovation initiatives, ensuring projects within the innovation pipeline are delivered on time.
• Strengthen brand equity through purpose-led marketing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to develop winning category strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and business growth initiatives.
• Deliver category performance analysis and actionable business insights.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CIM or SLIM is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at Senior Brand Manager level.
• Experience in multinational FMCG environments will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and brand equity management.
• Experience in media planning, brand strategy, and creative development.
• Exposure to digital marketing, market research, stakeholder management, and Gen AI/LLM applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, presentation tools, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Strong knowledge of consumer profiling, market share analysis, and category management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into effective marketing strategies.
