Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Passed the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination.
• Between 18 and 35 years of age.
• Flexible to work on weekends and shift schedules.
• One (01) to two (02) years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Good numerical ability and cash-handling skills.
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash records.
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Resolve customer payment-related inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
• Support store operations and assist customers when required.
• Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
• Basic computer and Point of Sale (POS) system knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.
