Job Description 

We Are Hiring! Condominium Management Authority is looking for Pump Operators / Caretakers.

The Condominium Management Authority, under the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development, invites applications from qualified candidates to fill vacancies for the post of Pump Operator / Caretaker on a Contract Basis for a period of two (02) years.

Vacancy Details

• Number of Vacancies: 05.

• Basis of Employment: Contract Basis for 02 years.

Qualifications

For External Candidates:

• Should possess a proficiency certificate of not less than NVQ Level 2 in Pump Operator / Caretaker duties issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

For Internal Candidates:

• Should have 05 years of experience in the relevant field and satisfy service requirements (Note: Specifics cut off in source, implies confirmed service).

Age Limit

• Should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age.

• The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.

General Conditions

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post and serve in any part of the island.

• Must be of excellent moral character.

Remuneration & Benefits

• EPF/ETF: The employee contributes 10% to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), while the employer contributes 15%. The employer also contributes 3% to the Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF).
