Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Providing information and support to patients and visitors
• Managing appointments and inquiries professionally
• Delivering excellent customer service and hospitality support
• Coordinating communication between departments and patients
• Maintaining professional telephone etiquette and records

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Female candidates only
• G.C.E A/L qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Call Centre / Customer Service)
• Age between 20–30 years
• Willingness to work on a shift basis
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Good interpersonal and hospitality/customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional conduct

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas are preferred
