Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L examination
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
• Strong communication and public relations (PR) skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle dynamic workloads

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and update system information regularly
• Assist customers in resolving service-related issues effectively
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and service standards
• Support and enhance the brand image of Arpico Insurance
