📝 Job Description
Softlogic Life Insurance PLC is seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join their Micro Channel Sales Team as Business Development Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, promoting savings and fixed deposit products, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales passion, and the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently
- Promote and sell Savings and Fixed Deposit products in the micro-insurance vertical
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure profitability and growth of the assigned portfolio
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
- Work closely with Softlogic Life management to support business objectives
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Tamil language skills will be an added advantage
- Academic qualification in Marketing, Sales, or related fields will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💼 Experience
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication and sales passion are also encouraged to apply
