Job Description 

Join Our Team! ikman.lk is hiring an Executive – Business Development (Colombo).

ikman.lk is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive based in Colombo.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Sales Targets: Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame.

• Goal Achievement: Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals.

• Pipeline Management: Create, manage, nurture, and maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth.

• Market Feedback: Provide relevant market and competitor feedback on a regular basis to the respective Team Lead.

• Customer Education: Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting and boosting at the right times.

• Integrity: Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Experience in the Automobile/Vehicle/Spare parts industry would be an added advantage.

• Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in field sales or business development.

• Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

• Education: Full or part qualifications in CIM/SLIM.

• Mobility: A valid rider’s license and a motorbike are mandatory.

• Residency: Must reside in or around Colombo.
