Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional qualification such as CIM is highly desirable.
• MBA, particularly with a specialization in Marketing Management or Project Management, will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management within an FMCG or related industry.
• Experience managing greenfield projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects and launching new initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield project initiation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market entry analysis and feasibility studies.
• Drive end-to-end project execution for new product and category initiatives.
• Develop marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and category objectives.
• Plan, brief, and coordinate marketing campaigns with relevant teams.
• Execute successful brand launches and in-market activation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure project success.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
• Support the continuous growth and expansion of the confectionery portfolio.
