About the Role: Brand Executive

This role is designed for a professional who can seamlessly blend creativity with strategy. As a Senior Brand Executive or Brand Executive, you will be responsible for spearheading our Digital Marketing and Brand Development functions. You will act as the custodian of the TVS brand, managing stakeholder relationships and overseeing campaigns that resonate with the automotive market.

You will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively, guiding external agencies and internal departments to deliver top-tier brand marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will involve a mix of campaign management, market analysis, and strategic execution:

  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: You will collaborate with external partners to plan and implement comprehensive marketing activities across Above The Line (ATL), Below The Line (BTL), and Digital Platforms to enhance brand visibility in relevant segments.

  • Creative Content Strategy: A key part of your role will be to create internal communications, develop innovative creative assets, and produce research documentation needed to support broader brand initiatives.

  • Brand Growth & Execution: You are responsible for driving brand growth through innovative campaign ideas and ensuring their effective execution, specifically tailored to the nuances of the automotive market.

  • Project Management: You will oversee project timelines, manage marketing budgets, and track performance metrics to ensure all brand executions align perfectly with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Market Intelligence: You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, recommending strategic actions to maintain favorable brand positioning.

  • Event Management: You will assist in organizing high-impact product launches and promotional events that generate buzz and drive sales.

  • Stakeholder Management: Developing, monitoring, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and other key stakeholders is essential to achieving brand-related objectives and enhancing overall sales performance.

  • Financial Oversight: You must maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures and reconcile them with financial accounts as necessary to ensuring budgetary compliance.

Candidate Profile: Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented individual with a focus on delivering results. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who can also work independently.

Educational Qualifications:

  • You should hold a full or partial qualification in CIM / SLIM and/or a Degree in Marketing from a recognized university.

Experience & Skills:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in brand management within the automotive industry will be considered a distinct added advantage.

  • Digital Proficiency: Exposure to digital marketing strategies relevant to the industry is a significant plus.

  • Leadership: You must be capable of guiding external agencies and internal departments in day-to-day activities related to brand marketing.
