Siyapatha Finance PLC is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Branch Operations In Charge for their Piliyandala branch.
The Job (Key Responsibilities)

Operational Smoothness: Ensure branch operations run smoothly through collaboration with departments while adhering to management guidelines and operational procedures.

Financial Transparency: Maintain financial transparency and accuracy in all branch-related activities.

Staff Leadership: Provide guidance to operational staff to ensure high-quality, efficient customer service.

Transaction Oversight: Oversee and approve transactions to ensure overall efficiency and accuracy.
The Person (Qualifications & Experience)

Experience: A minimum of 04 years of experience in branch operations.

Education: Must have completed G.C.E. A/L.

Preferred Qualifications: Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree or other professional qualifications would be an advantage.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate (MS Office package) and have exposure to ERP systems.
