Job Description

We Are Hiring! Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Branch Manager.

Sterling Automobiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2007, is one of Sri Lanka’s leading automotive service providers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Aftercare & Guarantee operations and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

  • Service Oversight: Oversee automotive repairs, servicing, and customer care functions.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO certifications, and safety protocols.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

  • Performance Targets: Achieve branch targets related to revenue, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Coordination: Coordinate with Head Office to implement company policies and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.

  • Skills:

    • Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

    • Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about excellence.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    • Exceptional communication and customer-service abilities.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

    • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
