We are hiring Branch Managers for the following locations. Please indicate your preferred location in your application:

• Western Province: Boralesgamuwa, Gampaha, Horana, Kotahena, Kottawa, Moratuwa, Wellawatte, Wennappuwa

• Central Province: Gampola, Matale, Nawalapitiya

• North Western Province: Kurunegala, Narammala

• Northern Province: Chunnakkam

• Sabaragamuwa Province: Kegalle

• Uva Province: Bandarawela

• Southern Province: Tissamaharama

The Job: Your Leadership Role

As a Branch Manager at Siyapatha Finance, you will be the driving force behind your branch’s success. You will be responsible for the holistic management of branch operations, credit portfolios, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: You will manage a healthy credit portfolio by strictly maintaining agreed Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratios and provisions. Your ability to balance aggressive sales with prudent risk management will be key to your success.

• Operational Leadership: You will lead the branch team, overseeing all daily operations and internal controls. Your primary objective is to achieve the set business targets for the branch while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Brand & Service Excellence: You will play a pivotal role in uplifting the company image within your locality. This involves providing outstanding customer service, resolving client issues proactively, and ensuring Siyapatha Finance remains the preferred financial partner in the area.

The Person: Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a “people person” with a strong financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who excels in cross-selling, networking, and leadership, possessing strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: You must possess a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the banking and financial sector. Out of this, at least 3 years must be in a similar capacity (Managerial or Assistant Managerial level).

• Education: A degree in Sales, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Credit Management is required.

Added Advantages:

• A recognized professional qualification in a relevant field would be considered a distinct advantage.
