Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management from a recognized university.
• Candidates who are fully or partly qualified in Insurance, SLIIM, or CIM will have an added advantage.
• Possess a minimum of 2–3 years of managerial experience in the insurance industry.
• Have sound knowledge of General Insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Be an effective team player with strong people management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch consistently achieves sales targets within the required timelines.
• Motivate, train, and guide branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Manage all administrative and operational functions of the branch in line with company standards and strategic objectives.
• Recruit qualified personnel and maintain optimal staffing levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee customer interactions and branch operations to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the company at promotional events and community engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
