Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Degree or professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery operation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet branch delivery and pickup service commitments while ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Achieve assigned branch sales targets.
• Monitor ageing packages and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
• Maintain proper package scanning and shipment traceability.
• Manage returned parcels and merchant acknowledgements.
• Control branch expenses and monitor operational costs.
• Oversee cash sales and Cash on Delivery (COD) collections.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and excellent customer service.
