📋 Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate inward and outward cheque clearing and return processes by managing file downloads/uploads and handling transactions through the IMAGO and Core Banking Systems (CBS)

• Process inward and outward SLIPS transactions by handling bulk files from branches and uploading them to the CBS system

• Handle USD dollar drafts, communicate relevant figures with the Treasury, and support reconciliations against mirror accounts

• Count, prepare, and lodge daily voucher bundles in the Central Processing Unit while maintaining digital records of cheque bundles

• Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for the Central Bank regarding foreign currency and investment accounts (BFCA, CTRA, PFCA, IIA)

• Perform daily reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts to maintain accurate financial records

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in banking or financial services operations will be an added advantage

• Minimum of three passes at G.C.E A/L Examination

• Credit passes for English and Mathematics at G.C.E O/L Examination

• Good computer literacy (MS Office / Excel)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Age should be below 25 years
