Hayleys Aventura (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an energetic B2B Sales Officer (Bakery & HORECA) to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, promote premium food ingredient solutions, and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs, purchasing teams, and local as well as international business partners while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• G.C.E. O/L or G.C.E. A/L qualifications.
• Hotel Management or Barista Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Bakery Ingredients, or HORECA Sales.
• Fresh graduates with a Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or Management are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Colombo suburbs.
• Valid riding or driving licence with access to a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers and maintain existing client accounts.
• Promote food ingredient solutions to chefs, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and purchasing teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with local and international principals.
• Represent the company at customer demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional sales support.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Bakery and HORECA sectors.
