Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. (A/L) qualification with Commerce subjects.
• Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum one year of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Applicants should be below 26 years of age.
• Must be a permanent resident within 30 km of Anuradhapura.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and auditing practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audits and financial reviews.
• Verify accounting records, financial transactions, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Identify discrepancies and report audit findings to the audit team.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and recommendations.
• Support branch and operational audits as assigned.
• Perform other accounting and audit-related duties when required.
