📝 Job Description
The Audit Assistant – Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC will support internal audit functions, assist in audit documentation, and contribute to compliance and financial accuracy across business operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in internal audit activities and documentation
- Support audit teams in reviewing financial records and processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
- Assist in identifying risks and control improvements
- Maintain accurate audit working papers and reports
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in Commerce / Mathematics / Arts stream
- Partly qualified in CMA / AAT / ICASL, or
- Registered student of CA Sri Lanka
🧠 Skills & Experience Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Prior experience in an audit firm will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
🎯 Age Requirement
- Between 20 – 25 years
