Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in ICT infrastructure, engineering, networking, or technical operations.
• Experience in enterprise customer handling and client-facing project coordination will be an added advantage.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of project planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close assigned ICT infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, enterprise customers, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and project stakeholders.
• Report project progress, risks, revenue forecasts, and key updates to management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
