Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level examination with good results
• School leavers are welcome to apply
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or branch operations will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage documents and maintain accurate records

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to branch operations
• Prepare documents required for the Sales Support Division
• Maintain the registry of all documents related to branch operations
• Handle inbound calls while ensuring a high level of customer service
• Support daily branch activities and operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
