Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• Approximately 7–8 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
• Mandatory exposure to branch credit operations.
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline banking operations and resolve customer concerns.
• Participate in business development activities and stay updated on market trends.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers to support portfolio growth and retention.
