Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Previous experience in building or civil engineering projects will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing Interim Payment Applications (IPAs) and subcontractor bills.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and work valuation.
• Understanding of cash flow preparation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with standard forms of construction contracts and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-offs and measurement of construction work.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Prepare Interim Payment Applications (IPAs).
• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and valuations.
• Support project cost control and budget monitoring.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and reports.
• Maintain project documentation related to contracts and commercial activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
