Assistant Product Marketing Manager – PickMe Sri Lanka

PickMe is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join its growing team and help drive innovation in mobility tech solutions.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Product Marketing Manager, you will drive strategies for product launches and user engagement while working closely with senior leadership to influence business roadmaps and strengthen user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Launches: Drive the strategy for product launches, user education, and retention initiatives to transform how users interact with the platform.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product, BI, Lifecycle, and Operations teams to ensure all communications and policies are data-driven and optimized for retention.

• Insights & Roadmaps: Craft a robust learning agenda with research teams and use these insights to inform product roadmaps and acquisition strategies.

• Alignment: Coordinate activity across marketing, operations, and performance marketing teams to align goals around core user segments.

• Toolkit Development: Guide tactical marketing efforts and toolkits, ensuring they are scalable and relevant across different business domains.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering successful engagement and growth strategies.

• Education: A professional or academic qualification in Marketing or Business Management at a Graduate or Postgraduate level.

• Leadership: Prior experience in people management or leading project-based teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with diverse cross-functional teams (Product, Operations/Sales, P&L owners) and the ability to influence at an executive level.

• Soft Skills:
