Assistant Manager – Revenue (MM 1-2)
Qualifications & Experience
External Candidates
Applicants must possess:
- A Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance Management, or Finance recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
AND
- Minimum one (01) year post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
OR
- Passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized Professional Chartered Institute relevant to the subject area.
AND
- Minimum one (01) year post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
Internal Candidates
- Possess qualifications required for external candidates.
OR
- Completion of a minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category position relevant to the subject area.
Assistant Manager – Motor Claims (MM 1-2)
Qualifications & Experience
External Candidates
- Degree in Insurance & Risk Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Insurance, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a degree in Finance and Insurance recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
AND
- Minimum one (01) year post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
Internal Candidates
- Possess qualifications required for external candidates.
OR
- Completion of a minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category position relevant to the subject area.
Assistant Manager – Non-Motor Claims (MM 1-2)
Qualifications & Experience
External Candidates
- Degree in Insurance & Risk Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Insurance, Commerce, Finance, Management, or another relevant degree recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
AND
- Minimum one (01) year post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.
Internal Candidates
- Possess qualifications required for external candidates.
OR
- Completion of a minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in a Junior Manager (JM) category position relevant to the subject area.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned division, responsibilities may include:
Revenue Division
- Manage revenue-related operations and financial processes.
- Prepare financial reports and revenue analyses.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Support budgeting and revenue management activities.
Motor Claims Division
- Process and evaluate motor insurance claims.
- Assess claim documentation and settlements.
- Coordinate with policyholders, surveyors, and service providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
Non-Motor Claims Division
- Handle non-motor insurance claims efficiently.
- Review claim documentation and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding claim settlements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Sound knowledge of insurance and financial operations.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Scale
MM 1-2 – 2025
Rs. 94,170 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – 170,720
