Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CIMA part qualification or full professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Banking, MIS, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or MIS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power BI modelling skills will be an added advantage.
• Experience in financial modelling and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Branch and Segment Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and provide actionable business insights.
• Conduct variance analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
• Prepare board-level reports, presentations, and business analyses.
• Support new product evaluations and financial feasibility studies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
• Support and improve the Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Develop and enhance financial models and reporting tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.
• Support the preparation of annual report disclosures.
