Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, or a related Science discipline is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production and operational continuity.
• Independently manage production operations while resolving operational issues efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports to support management decision-making.
