Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience managing digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, paid media, and campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Coordinate creative development and marketing collateral with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support marketing process improvements while mentoring junior team members.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
