Qualifications & Experience

• Citizen of Sri Lanka
• Attorney-at-Law with a minimum of 5 years post-qualifying experience in a reputed establishment / legal firm / senior counsel
• LLB / LLM will be an added advantage
• Experience in litigation and legal matters is required
• Exposure to conveyancing matters (title work, bond execution, etc.) is required
• Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is required
• Computer literacy is required

Age Limit

• Below 40 years (Age limit not applicable for internal candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards of the bank
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters representing the bank
• Liaise with external attorneys and legal counsel
• Manage conveyancing work including title documentation and bond execution
• Provide legal support for banking operations and documentation
• Independently handle assigned legal cases and matters
• Represent the bank’s legal interests in external proceedings

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: Approximately Rs. 247,619
• Salary Scale: Rs. 113,040 – 150,640 (approx.)
