HNB Finance PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager – Gold Loan to support and manage gold loan (pawning) operations while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for gold identification, customer handling, operational efficiency, and achieving branch-level objectives.

This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in pawning or gold loan operations and strong customer relationship skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee gold loan (pawning) operations at branch level
• Conduct accurate gold identification and valuation assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support branch growth targets and operational performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
• Utilize MS Office applications for reporting and daily operations

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years’ work experience in Pawning or Gold Loan operations
• Excellent knowledge of gold identification and assessment
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office packages
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Outstanding personality with strong interpersonal skills
• A valid driving or riding license
