Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university or professional institution.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in deposits mobilization within a banking or non-banking financial institution.
• Strong business development and relationship management experience with a proven ability to achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales will be a distinct advantage.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the branch deposit portfolio in line with business targets.
• Drive the growth of Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), and Savings products.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers to expand the branch deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote the organization’s deposit products and services within the local market.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall branch growth.
• Report business performance and market developments to the Head of Deposits.
