Job Description

We Are Hiring! Vajira House Builders (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Assistant Engineers (Civil).

Vajira House Builders, a pioneer construction company in Sri Lanka operating for over 110 years spanning 5 generations, has a vacancy for a skilled individual capable of handling the scope of work below. We are looking for Assistant Engineers for our luxury house construction projects.

This position is for permanent service at work sites in Vavuniya, Anuradhapura, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: NCT / NDT (Civil) or an equivalent Diploma or Degree qualification.

• Experience: More than 5 years of experience is required.

• Gender: Male candidates are preferred (as per the Sinhala advertisement title “Assistant Engineer (Male)”).

• Workforce: Ability to work with a Sinhala workforce.

• Accommodation: Willingness to stay and work in Anuradhapura.

Benefits & Remuneration

• Salary: Monthly Salary Rs. 75,000/-.

  • Quick salary increments based on work progress.

• Transport: A motorbike will be provided.

• Fuel: Free petrol will be provided.

• EPF / ETF: Contributions will be paid.

• Service: Permanent position.
