Key Responsibilities

• Handle new constructions, renovations, extensions, interior works, and landscaping projects
• Prepare:
  • Building designs
  • BOQs
  • Cost estimates
  • Tender documents
• Conduct tender evaluations and recommend approvals
• Supervise construction work and monitor project progress
• Measure completed work and recommend contractor payments
• Assist Regional Managers in premises maintenance and upkeep
• Support technical evaluations and procurement committees
• Monitor construction progress and progress bills for major projects

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• National Diploma in Technology (NDT) or equivalent qualification
• Qualification must be awarded by a recognized university or institute

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Building construction
  • Building maintenance
  • Civil engineering-related work

Required Skills

• Knowledge of:
  • Civil Engineering specifications
  • Conditions of contracts
  • Standard methods of measurements
  • Interior works
  • Procurement procedures
• Project planning and progress monitoring skills
• Knowledge of drafting and project management software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Age Limit

• Preferably below 45 years as at closing date of applications

Selection Method

• Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview
• Appointment will be on contract basis
• Annual performance evaluations will be conducted
