Qualifications & Experience

• Passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination in Mathematics, Science, Technology, or Commerce stream with three (03) subjects.
• Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination in one sitting with six (06) subjects, including credit passes in English, Mathematics, and Language.
• A Degree in Mathematics, Commerce, Science, or Technology will receive special consideration.
• Successfully completed NVQ Level 5 qualification in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Computer literacy.
• For Trainee ARMG Operators, applicants should be below 30 years of age.
• Applicants with at least one (01) year of experience as an ARMG Operator should be below 40 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Automated Rail Mounted Gantry (ARMG) cranes safely and efficiently.
• Handle container stacking, loading, and unloading operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
• Follow terminal operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with terminal control teams and other operational staff.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support efficient container terminal operations while ensuring workplace safety.
