About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, managing supplies, maintaining records, and supporting overall administrative and operational functions within the automobile division.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Passed GCE A/L and GCE O/L with credit passes for:
  • English
  • Mathematics
• Minimum one year of experience handling similar tasks (preferred)
• Competency in Microsoft Office packages
• Effective communication, organizing, and time management skills

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing inventory reconciliation for units and spare parts
• Coordinating and supervising third-party contractors and suppliers
• Coordinating with:
  • Technicians
  • Contractors
  • Brand teams
  • Logistics teams
  • Field supervisors
• Supporting assembly and distribution operations
• Providing operational data to support management decisions
• Overseeing all administrative functions at the premises
