Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations management role.
• Experience in a repair, service, or technical environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or service management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Repair Department.
• Coordinate repair schedules and monitor job progress.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Supervise administrative staff and allocate workloads effectively.
• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory of office and repair-related administrative supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare administrative reports and support departmental performance improvement initiatives.
