Key Responsibilities   

• Support on coordinate daily general administrative tasks   

• Assisting on update the daily site visitor Management.   

• Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding the completion of administrative tasks related to the Employee Representative body and Employee Health & Safety teams.  

• Assist on Transport executive to manage Transport.  

Knowledge and skills  

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Sound proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
