Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience working with Accounting or ERP systems.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preference may be given to male candidates as stated in the employer’s advertisement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process invoices, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
