Qualifications & Experience

• Part qualification in AAT, CIMA, or another recognized qualification related to Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in an accounting-related role.
• Experience using accounting software/packages.
• Good knowledge of inventory handling.
• Experience in preparing sales reports.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience in payment processing and bank reconciliations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Process supplier and customer payments accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and update sales reports.
• Maintain inventory-related financial records and documentation.
• Operate and update accounting software with financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting information.
• Support the finance team with administrative and accounting duties.
