Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in the Commerce Stream.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Email.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Age below 25 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payments and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare daily payment vouchers.
• Prepare invoices and receipts.
• Enter data into the CRM system accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Support the preparation of management reports.
