Job Overview

SriLankan Catering, a subsidiary of SriLankan Airlines, is seeking skilled and experienced AC & Refrigeration Technicians to join their award-winning team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the sophisticated cooling systems essential for international and domestic airline catering services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on various refrigeration systems and equipment.
Oversight and troubleshooting of cold storage facilities (Githagara) and Air Handling Units (AHU).
Manage electrical transmission systems related to cooling units.
Work according to a shift-based schedule to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualification criteria:

Educational Qualification: Completion of a 03-year full-time course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from a recognized institute.
General Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. (O/L) with at least 06 subjects, including passes in English and Mathematics.
Experience: A minimum of 02 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of all refrigeration systems, cold storage units, AHUs, and electrical transmission systems.
