🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧱 3D Modeling & Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings
• Work on office, commercial, and residential interior projects

• Work closely with Sales and Design teams
• Interpret client requirements and architectural drawings

🎨 Design Enhancement

• Apply textures, lighting, and finishes (carpets, vinyl, furniture)

• Help clients visualize spaces before project execution

🎓 Requirements

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years in interior/architectural visualization

💻 Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
  • 3ds Max
  • V-Ray / Corona
  • AutoCAD
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is an added advantage

🎨 Creative Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D rendering work
• Excellent sense of interior aesthetics and detailing
