Ferentino Tyre Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Employee Relations Executive to join its team and support positive relationships between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain positive relationships between employees and management.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Handle disciplinary matters and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace environment.
• Coordinate with management to resolve employee-related matters effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a similar position is preferred.
• Male candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
• Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
