Hemas Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced HR Executive to support HR operations, statutory compliance, employee services, payroll processes, and data-driven HR reporting. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to employee experience while partnering closely with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key HR operations including employee clearances, resignations, service letters, staff IDs, attendance, and employee documentation.
• Handle EPF, ETF, and Gratuity processes in compliance with applicable laws.
• Support payroll processing and verification, including resignations, recoveries, increments, bonuses, and related HR documentation.
• Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Provide HR support to employees and respond to employee queries.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business functions.
• Liaise with the Labour Department, statutory bodies, Central Bank, and other external stakeholders on HR and statutory matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and deliver efficient HR services.
• Support employee welfare activities, events, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• CIPM qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations.
• At least 1 year’s exposure to clearance, EPF, ETF, and Gratuity administration.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
